Glenn, Senior Executive at St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney Australia

Before training, Glenn had lost a total of 132 pounds, and further decided to give up his new found passion of long distance running to start a new training program aimed at gaining strength and muscle mass to help improve his posture and appearance. With great commitment and determination, Glenn in his 40's gained strength for the first time, and not long after gained muscle mass he never thought possible. After almost 2 years of training with me, Glenn gained 45 pounds of solid muscle mass! Congratulations Glenn, awesome accomplishment!
